Welcome to Pathways Learning Academy at Crossroads Church in Mason, OH! My name is Barbara Morris and I am the director of this center offering premium infant, toddler, twos, preschool, and pre-k programs. We also offer before- and after-school care for school age students!
Our team of early education experts are eager to meet you. We’re passionate about providing a positive, nurturing, high-quality child care experience your whole family will love. Barbara Morris, Director
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, combining Early Childhood Education and Business Administration, from Xavier University
Working in the child care field since 2002, my passion has led me through a variety of experiences in both private and corporate centers. My goal as the director is to provide excellent service to our community and brighten the lives of children. I look forward to developing a relationship with you and your family and being a part of your child's growth and development.

Education: Bachelor's degree in early education administration
I have worked with children of all ages for over a decade. In addition to my degree, I continue to expand my knowledge of early childhood practices through continuing my educational journey. I enjoy building relationships with every child within my care and I look forward to gaining new knowledge through them.
