Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Pathways Learning Academy at Crossroads Church in Mason, OH! My name is Joy Hart and I am the director of this center offering premium infant, toddler, twos, preschool, and pre-k programs. We also offer before- and after-school care for school age students!

Our team of early education experts are eager to meet you. We’re passionate about providing a positive, nurturing, high-quality child care experience your whole family will love. Come see for yourself! We also offer several elective programs to introduce children to a variety of experiences (Spanish, yoga, and more) beyond the daily classroom curriculum.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Early Education Administration

Working in the child care field since 2002, my passion has led me through a variety of experiences in both private and corporate centers. My goal as the director is to provide excellent service to our community and brighten the lives of children. I look forward to developing a relationship with you and your family and being a part of your child's growth and development.
