Welcome to Pathways Learning Academy!
We are thrilled to partner with Grace Community Church, located on the second floor of the Ballston Quarter Shopping Mall, directly across from the elevators. My name is Anjalie J.M. Don, and I’m the acting director of the school. With over 13 years of early childhood experience and a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Management, I’m proud to lead a team dedicated to providing a high-quality learning experience.
Our academy serves families in Arlington and is conveniently located near the neighborhoods of Ashton Heights, Ballston-Virginia Square, Bluemont, Buckingham, and Waycroft-Woodlawn—making drop-off and pick-up a breeze.
At Pathways, our team of early education experts is passionate about nurturing young minds. We are committed to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging environment where your child will thrive. Whether your child is in our Toddler care, Preschool, or Pre-K program, we offer curriculum designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and growth. In addition, we provide exciting elective programs such as Spanish, yoga, and more—enriching their learning beyond the traditional classroom experience.

I have worked in education for 13 years and in education management for the last five years. I enjoy my life working with kids. I hold a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Management from Rasmussen University in Florida. I am very excited to bring my passion to Pathways Learning Academy! I feel proud about my career choice which makes a difference in the lives of children and their families. The amazing work culture and work-life balance inspired me to join Pathways Learning Care Academy.

With six years of experience, l have always loved working with children and have a passion for teaching. I also love anything creative and like to incorporate music, art, and dramatic play into everyday learning. Working with kids is fun! My favorite thing about working with children is their creativity and curiosity! They love learning new things and take pride in every accomplishment. Helping children is the most rewarding job.
