Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Pathways Learning Academy. We are delighted to partner with Grace Community Church, located in the Ballston Quarter Shopping Mall (2nd floor), directly across from the elevators. My name is Anjalie J.M. Don, and I am the school's acting director. I have over 13 years of early childhood experience and a Bachelor's in early childhood management.
We proudly serve the Arlington area and are conveniently located near the neighborhoods of Ashton Heights, Ballston-Virginia Square, Bluemont, Buckingham, and Waycroft-Woodlawn, making drop-off and pick-up a breeze.

We offer Toddler care, Preschool, and Pre-K programs. We also offer several elective programs to introduce children to various experiences (Spanish, yoga, and more) beyond the daily classroom curriculum.

Pathways Learning Academy offers high-quality care and education to start your child on the right path to be best prepared for kindergarten and beyond. We offer a STEAM-based educational experience at this location. Our host church will have a dedicated member of their ministry join our school community on a weekly basis to offer Christian-based activities, events, and lessons for enrolled children.

I have worked in education for 13 years and in education management for the last five years. I enjoy my life working with kids. I hold a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Management from Rasmussen University in Florida. I am very excited to bring my passion to Pathways Learning Academy! I feel proud about my career choice which makes a difference in the lives of children and their families. The amazing work culture and work-life balance inspired me to join Pathways Learning Care Academy.

l has always loved working with children and has a passion for teaching children. I have six years of experience. Working with children, I also love anything creative and like to incorporate music, art, and dramatic play into everyday learning. “Working with kids is fun! My favorite thing about working with children is their creativity and curiosity! They love learning new things and take pride in every accomplishment. Helping children is the most rewarding job.”
