Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Pathways Learning Academy inside Grace Commons Church. Our STEAM curriculum brings the world into every classroom. Here, your child will discover integrated, hands-on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math.

We offer Infant and Toddler care, Preschool and Pre-K, and Before- And After-School clubs for school-age students. We also offer several elective programs to introduce children to a variety of experiences (Spanish, Phonics, and more) beyond the daily classroom curriculum.

We prepare Colorado children for kindergarten!

We’re proud to be a Colorado UPK provider. Our comprehensive, full-day program prepares 4-year-olds for that big step into elementary school. Plus, extended child care, healthy meals, and live streaming video are all included.

Sydney De Leon, Director

Education: B.S in Early Childhood Education and Special Education

Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Expanding Quality in Infants and Toddlers

I have over 10 years of experience and education in Child Development, Behavior, and Curriculum based education! As center director, my goals are to provide a safe and enriched environment geared towards school-readiness. I take pride in providing the best care possible. I am so excited for you and your family to join us!

Education: Associates Degree, American Academy of Dramatic Arts

Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Expanding Quality in Infants and Toddlers

As the youngest of nine siblings, I have always been surrounded by children, and have a passionate place in my heart for caring and teaching! I have worked in education for nearly ten years filling roles both inside the classroom and as an administrator. I have been with Pathways since mid-2022, and I am thrilled to continue that work in this community that I love so much.
