Caroline Clark, Director
I’m excited to serve as the Director of Pathways at Northfield. I graduated from the University of Southern California and began my career with the NFL before discovering my passion for early childhood education in Nashville. With experience across multiple roles in the field, I’m committed to supporting children, families, and staff while fostering a positive, growth-focused school community.
Meet Our Staff
Megan Buckner, Assistant Director
Megan is an early childhood professional with 14 years of experience and a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She has served in roles ranging from teacher to director and has supported a program through the accreditation process. Megan is passionate about creating positive, developmentally appropriate learning environments and values strong collaboration with families and staff.
